Autism affects 1 in 66 children in Canada and touches many families, including ours. Wicked Tours is committed to autism acceptance through local organizations, including Canucks Autism Network and the Pacific Autism Family Network.
Community
Community involvement and support are essential to us. We regularly support and donate to local Okanagan organizations meaningful to our team, including the MS Society, Okanagan Boy & Girls Club, and the YMCA of Okanagan.
Environment
Wicked Tours is committed to sustainability and protecting the environment. We review, measure, and seek opportunities to improve sustainability for all stakeholders, including our community, guests, and team. We are proud to be a GreenStep Sustainable Tourism Gold Certified Business.
Recognition
Wicked Tours is grateful to have received Bronze (2022), Silver (2021, 2020) & Gold (2019): Wine Tour Service from Best of Kelowna, TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice, and the Customer Service Award from the British Columbia Tourism Industry Association, among others.
Regulation
Wicked Tours is a fully licensed operator with the Passenger Transportation Authority of British Columbia and meets or exceeds all government regulations and safety requirements.
Training
Tour Guides are carefully screened, selected, and undergo extensive internal training, and Tour Guides are encouraged to pursue further wine education and certification. We regularly support local industry events and training opportunities.
