Our guide will pick you up from your accommodation in an immaculate vehicle and take you to the best wineries around the Okanagan Valley. Our friendly guide is also on-hand to help with taking photos, carrying bottles, recommending restaurants and entertainment spots - and anything else you might need before returning safely to your vacation home.

If you're looking for an amazing experience that offers great value and fun, then a wine tour is the perfect choice. At our company, we have years of experience touring the Okanagan Valley, so we know which wineries to go to and which ones to avoid. We provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services so everyone can enjoy their tour without worrying about driving. You will also be accompanied by one of our knowledgeable Tour Guides who are sure to make your tour enjoyable with assistance and laughs!

Most of our tours offer an upgrade to a private wine tour. When booking online, the option to upgrade to a private wine tour is available during the booking process. Groups of ten or more guests are private for no extra charge.

Enjoy the beauty of winter in Kelowna and explore the Okanagan's best wineries on a winter tour! Our wine tours are available all year round, giving guests unique opportunities to experience exclusive tastings and tours. Winery and facility tasting fees are included in tour rates. Your Tour Guide will advise you if you visit a facility with optional tasting fees (an extra fee to taste icewine, for example). Restaurant requests are welcome but not guaranteed. Wicked Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, or dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant upon arrival. Lunch stops typically offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. For private, full-day tours only, guests are welcome to bring a picnic as a substitute for a winery lunch.

Your Tour Guide will collect payment after the tour. We accept cash, and credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit is not available. Gratuities are not included. For groups of eight or more and private tours, an 18% gratuity will be added.

Plans sometimes change. We get it; it happens to us too. So we're happy to provide a hassle-free, 100% refund if you give us 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours, we've already started preparing for your tour, and we can't quickly fill your slot, so we can't provide you with a refund in that case, and there is a 100% charge for the entire invoice. Very, very rarely, we're the ones that have to cancel. We'll try hard not to, but if we do, we'll ask if you prefer to reschedule or have us refund you. Should government restrictions prevent tours from operating, reservations can be rescheduled or are 100% refundable.

We regularly review guest and Tour Guide feedback, and each year we adjust our itineraries to add exciting newcomers and replace those who do not meet expectations.
