Yes, we tour all year! Winter is an excellent time to enjoy visiting the Okanagan. All our tours are available from May through September, and our Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country wine tours are available year-round. Tastings and tours are often exclusive and unique to the season, and guests may experience behind-the-scenes and intimate experiences not possible during the busy summer months. Please view all of our Okanagan Wine Tour Packages.

Tour schedules are listed on each tour. Most full-day tours depart at 10:30 AM, and half-day tours depart at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

No. Tour schedules reflect the availability of wineries and restaurants and are not adjustable.

Yes! Private tours are ideal for special occasions and those who prefer a more intimate, VIP experience like El Presidenté does.

Public tours include other groups. Private tours are exclusive to your group and are available for a premium. Select the option to upgrade to a private tour when starting a booking online.

Tour itineraries are listed on each tour, including pictures and links to the facilities (scroll down on the tour pages). Winery, brewery, and cidery requests are welcome but not guaranteed.

Guests often ask us: "How do you choose the stops?" Good question! We carefully select our partners based on two factors: do they have great products, and is the experience unique or excellent? If they don't deliver on both, we don't visit. We constantly seek out a better tour experience for our guests! We regularly review guest and Tour Guide feedback, and each year we adjust our itineraries to add exciting newcomers and replace those who do not meet expectations.

We'll always do our best to deliver a wicked tour! The venue, facility tours, and some experiences are subject to availability, season, group size, and other factors out of our control. Due to unforeseen circumstances and availability, Wicked Wine Tours reserves the right to change vehicles, guides, schedules, and facilities.

Yes. Winery and facility tasting fees are included in tour rates. Your Tour Guide will advise you if you visit a facility with optional tasting fees (an extra fee to taste icewine, for example). The number and variety of wines offered at wineries are subject to change and are at the facility's sole discretion. Most facilities offer four to five samples at each stop.

Half-day tours are three hours and do not permit time to stop for a meal. Full-day tours are designed to allow time for a leisurely lunch stop.

Half-day tours are three hours and do not permit time to stop for a meal. Full-day tours are designed to allow time for a leisurely lunch stop. Tours that stop for lunch EXCLUDE the cost of lunch. Wicked Tours will coordinate restaurant reservations for your group. We select restaurants based on quality, availability, group size, requests, holidays, and other factors. Guests pay the restaurant directly.

Restaurant requests are welcome but not guaranteed. Wicked Wine Tours is NOT responsible for communicating food allergies, or dietary restrictions, and guests should inform the restaurant upon arrival. Lunch stops typically offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. For private, full-day tours only, guests are welcome to bring a picnic as a substitute for a winery lunch.

For groups of eight or more and private tours, an 18% gratuity will be added.

Plans sometimes change. We get it; it happens to us too. So we're happy to provide a hassle-free, 100% refund if you give us 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours, we've already started preparing for your tour, and we can't quickly fill your slot, so we can't provide you with a refund in that case, and there is a 100% charge for the entire invoice. Very, very rarely, we're the ones that have to cancel. We'll try hard not to, but if we do, we'll ask if you prefer to reschedule or have us refund you. Should government restrictions prevent tours from operating, reservations can be rescheduled or are 100% refundable.
