Located on the slopes above Okanagan Lake in West Kelowna lives Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery. First started as a grape-growing business in 1968, Mt. Boucherie soon became one of the most extensive vineyard holdings in BC, farming 200 acres of land in both the Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys.
In 2020, following 20 years of running from a modest tasting room, they opened the doors to a brand-new luxurious wine experience centre. The 15,000-square-foot building features a dining lounge, tasting room and multiple private event facilities with some of the best views in the valley.

Frind Estate Winery is the first beachfront winery in North America and is situated on the historic Bennett Property in West Kelowna, British Columbia. The property was purchased in 2017 after Markus Frind sold his company Plenty of Fish and wanted to do something more hands-on. With over 500 years of family farming history, Markus wanted to combine his passions; technology and agriculture. AJ was a great host and the Westside tour was awesome. Definitley glad we upgraded to Quails and Black Swift was probably our favourite.

Our shuttle driver went above and beyond. He was very prompt, organized, fun and informative. He had a marker so we could label the bottles we purchased and took photos for us. We did the Full Day Westside Wine Trail and sampled five wines at each of the five wineries, with a delicious long lunch at Mt Boucherie halfway through, to sober up for more tastings. Did the full day Westside Wine Trail with Danny as our host and had an absolute blast. Danny was awesome with communicating with us including calling and advising what time he would be picking us up. He also made sure that we had water available to us the entire trip and was knowledgeable not just of the wineries but the area as well and provided a lot of interesting information as we were not from the area. Each stop felt like we had a comfortable amount of time and were able to explore our sites and enjoy the tastings. Would 100% recommend him as a tour guide and we definitely hope to come back next summer and try a different tour route. Great first experience on a wine tour in Kelowna. Easy to book and great communication with tour operator. Danny was an attentive and very knowledgeable tour guide. Did the full day Westside Wine Tour. It was excellent with a great selection of diverse wineries. Would do it again for sure and would definitely recommend.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience on the Westside Wine Trail Wine Tour. We were picked up and dropped off right at the condo we were staying at which was very convenient. I cannot say enough good things about our guide Dave. He was professional and knowledgeable but also a genuinely amazing person. He made us all feel so important and really went out of his way to make our experience special (he also knows how to get the perfect Instagram photo). The tour had a great variety of wineries, and we had the perfect amount of time at each one. We had a lovely lunch in the middle and Dave did not rush us at all. The other couple we were touring with was awesome and we ended up continuing to hang out together after the tour was done. My boyfriend and I haven’t been able to stop talking about what an amazing day it was. I’ve been to wineries in Kelowna before, but this experience was next level! Thank you Wicked! Wicked Wine Tours was able to accommodate a corporate event we were planning and did so without hesitation. We chose the Westside Wine Trail tour and our experience host could not have been better. We loved driving with Danny! Besides being kind and knowledgeable, Danny was an incredible & considerate host! He was great to have around, and everything went smoothly. As our group had another event at a specific time, he made sure we were on time and arrived at the next event early. My daughter and I truly enjoyed the full day Westside Wine Tour! Excellent wine, excellent people, and amazing scenery. This was my second time using this touring company - this time visiting a totally different part of Okanagan’s amazing wine region. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off at home. The wineries were exceptional - from world renowned to quiet, whimsical and a little lesser-known. So many little surprises we were not expecting when we booked!
